Purchased a car on October 4 from this dealership and have had nothing but issues they refuse to get Me into fix it to make sure that it’s past the 10 days. I just had the vehicle checked and the vehicle has mold while my wife is pregnant so I will be Dropping off the vehicle and contacting my attorney stay clear do not purchase a vehicle from Carmax. I received my new vehicle Feb of 2025 and Anaiz & Anthony were pleasant, personable, kind, and overall helpful during the process. There was an issue prior that left me feeling hopeless. But the team was able to work with me on a resolution. No issues with the vehicle, runs great, and I am highly satisfied. Anaiz was very patient with me as well during the process as I was working out details with my insurance. She was very kind and such a sweet soul! She plans to go grow within the company and I truyl hope she does!
