Carmax has a very smooth easy business model. They give reasonable quotes for buying and selling vehicles. Our sales rep was Paul. He was great!! Very attentive, professional and friendly. We had questions after our purchase and he was very available to help us! I’d go to Carnax again in a heartbeat

Rondell was helpful and considerate. Buying a car is always a challenge and thus was one of my better times at it.
Contacted them about a vehicle. The man I talked to was supposed to call me back the next day, after he said what I was asking for was easy and simple for him to complete. The next day I never got a phone call, and then all these letters came in at least 3 and I bet there will be more, from him just submitting my credit repeatedly, still never giving me the information I asked for.
