I had a car shipped from Irving,Tx to Reno, Nv. I live in Las Vegas, Nv. The car was a gift for my daughter who lives in Reno. There was the challenge of ensuring everything was set, so that I would not need to make a second trip to Reno at a later date. Airline tickets between Las Vegas and Reno are about $600. Worked with Trip he was extremely patient with us. Answered our questions and explained things clearly and thoroughly. Very pleased with our experiences at CarMax. This is the second vehicle we purchased with them.
First let me say this is my 5th car I have bought from CarMax since 2006x I bought a 2026 Audi TT on 7/31/2026 . The next day it gave me a message on the screen that said “ turn off engine and check coolant level “ . I did and then added coolant. On Thursday 8/06/26 I got a LOF at my local mechanic. Which I always do when I purchase a new vehicle. He told me I have a coolant leak. So I have an appointment Monday 8/10/26 to take it in to Reno CarMax where I purchased it.
