My son bought a car about 18 months ago with a very expensive service contract. Since that time his car had to be towed to them. One would think no problem, not so. They only cover the tow if it's a covered thing that goes wrong. Ok that's fair. Well they couldn't fix it. That's ok they cover rental, again only if it's a covered problem. Again that's fair.
