BEST INSPECTION STATION / REPAIR SHOP Top notch service , I got what I needed done with no hassle. Tracy scheduled me for a VA Inspection which 95% of shops around here do not schedule inspections. I definitely recommend this shop highly. Tracy was great as well as the mechanic that inspected my truck. They also take in large dually trucks which is why I came to them in the first place. 2 Thumbs Up , see you next year
Carmasters Automotive gave me one of the best experiences I’ve had at a repair shop. Tracey at the front desk was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The technicians were honest, knowledgeable, and upfront the entire time. They even cut my bill in half after discovering my vehicle didn’t need one of the services I was expecting. Great work, excellent customer service, and real integrity. I highly recommend Carmasters Automotive and will definitely be back.
Virginia state inspection was quick and painless. Tracy was awesome. They were very transparent and honest about the inspection. I will be coming back here.
