Easy to set up an appointment for a state inspection. Inspection was performed on time and documented thoroughly, with pictures and an online inspection report. Great experience overall, and excellent customer service from Tracy at the front desk.
The service representative Mrs. Tracey was the most pleasant professional person I've experienced in very long time dealing with customer service. She reassured me that accident happen in life in which some are beyond your fault. She repeatedly stayed in contact throughout my entire experience with Carmasters. A Beautiful soul , we need more Mrs. Tracey in this world.
Tracy at the front desk is such a wonderful person to talk to. She made sure to inform us on exactly what was going on with our car and helped us save some money too! Josh our technician did a great job as well! My husband and I are moving out of state and Im actually sad to not have this place as my go to anymore. 10/10 recommend this place for all your car fixing needs, and for a great price too! :)
