Been going here for about 10 Years for Repairs and the State inspection on our Vehicles. Made the Appointment 3 weeks prior to the Inspection Date for Both Vehicles, the Appointments time was 10,30 When we got there 2 guys and a Lady was in the Little Office, they looked up when I walked in and then looked back at the Computer, finally the one guy asked me if he can help me ,I was told that someone called out and they could not take us. The last three times we came, they were pretty thorough and the nice older lady that was usually there at the front desk communicated well. Not sure if they just didn't have enough technicians or what, but when I had made this appointment three weeks ago for a state inspection they assured me the appointment would take roughly an hour or two.
