Went 2 times. 1st time they sat in the trailer and never came out to help me. Tried again, maybe a fluke, no. Older gentlemen pulls up in one of the trucks for sale, as I'm looking at vehicles in the lot. He looks at me and proceeds to just keep walking and goes into the trailer with his coffee and food I assume, in a fast food bag. No hello, no I'll be right with you. Is this really a car sales lot or a cover for something else?
Was approved for a Chevy Aveo at Araks online price tag of $3000. They took my down payment, gave me my payment amount and told me the car was mine. I go back an hour later to sign the paper work and they've added more than $1500 to the price of the car, said the listing was a mistake. At first they told me they had to honor that mistake, but Jesse insisted they could not honor that price and agreement. BAIT AND SWITCH!! It's illegal, dishonorable and I will never EVER give them my hard earned money.
It is no longer carmart it is now arak auto and they are wonderful people. The guy gregg is very helpful and does what ever he can to help if there is a problem.
Haven't had the car 30 days and the starter goes out ...stay clear of these people ..save your money and shop elsewhere they are buying these cars from auctions and not fixing anything on them not 1 thing ....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
