I paid in cash, the asking price, plus tax, and repairs, in full, back in July. I finally got my registration and pink slip, in Nov; instead of the required 60 days, it took 120+ days, 2 visits, and a phone call to finally get my ownership paperwork. I went there for service on a car and it was taken care of promptly.
Customer service was good, but they could work a little more on their professionalism. I'll tell you this, make sure you do your own research before coming here. You have to know your stuff in order to not get worked. Thank God for my husband that I know more about loans and credit than I let on.
