I went here due to having some terrible tooth pain while visiting and have to say that Dr. Janet is one of the nicest and most helpful dentists I’ve ever been to rather Canada or the USA. She’s Willing to help and work with you as much as possible, I highly recommend her.

Aidan, who staffs the front desk, has no business working with customers. Rude! Rude! Rude!!! To the point I felt deeply offended and uncomfortable. Kept me waiting 5 mins while he had his head down pretending to work. Once I was finally acknowledged, I approached the desk and saw a pile of doodles drawn on some paper. CLEARLY more important than helping a customer! This business won’t last long if he remains

UNPROFESSIONAL front desk service. Throwing attitude like I should be thankful they are even listening. Man at the front desk had a hoodie pulled over his face while talking to me. Then threatened me when I asked for him to lower his attitude. NOT WORTH SUPPORTING

Receptionist, Aidan, has to be the most rude receptionist I've ever come across. I've been to the clinic multiple times and I have noticed a pattern of him angrily raising his voice at clients
