Aidan, who staffs the front desk, has no business working with customers. Rude! Rude! Rude!!! To the point I felt deeply offended and uncomfortable. Kept me waiting 5 mins while he had his head down pretending to work. Once I was finally acknowledged, I approached the desk and saw a pile of doodles drawn on some paper. CLEARLY more important than helping a customer! This business won’t last long if he remains
UNPROFESSIONAL front desk service. Throwing attitude like I should be thankful they are even listening. Man at the front desk had a hoodie pulled over his face while talking to me. Then threatened me when I asked for him to lower his attitude. NOT WORTH SUPPORTING
Receptionist, Aidan, has to be the most rude receptionist I've ever come across. I've been to the clinic multiple times and I have noticed a pattern of him angrily raising his voice at clients

Do not recommend to anyone. Clinic in Carmen is extremely dirty, dusty, feels like they are not cleaning there at all. Doctor Beckingham is very rude, always late, stuff are very rude as well. They have a dog that is walking around even in treatment room during the treatment. At the beginning I recommend that doctor to my friends, but I changed my mind and won’t recommend that clinic and doctor to anyone. My daughter found a dog’s hair in her mouth during the treatment, it is disgusting.
