Best car shopping experience. It was my first time buying a new car and they made the process so easy! Definitely recommend!!
This dealership is not worth my time anymore due to writing a review. The first time I took my 2500 and replaced both exhaust manifolds and still have issues and they could not fix it and said sorry about your luck. Now because I write a review on the email I received in my email, And I get a phone call because my 3500 is to go in the shop and now because I wrote a review now they will not deal with my business because I was truthful.
Dropped my car off Thursday night for a Friday morning appointment. I was told my car would be ready Monday or Tuesday. No one reached out so I had to call Tuesday afternoon to find out they wouldn't have my car ready on time. When I picked my car up Wednesday there was a McDonald's receipt that someone at Carman named Tim left in the cupholder. Buying process was quick and simple. I strongly dislike the process of buying a new vehicle as it's unnecessarily drawn out. Jake made the process quick and efficient. Would entertain buying here again in the future.
