Found Joey very difficult and combative to work with. Tried calling their GM Darren four days in a row with a zero response from him. Receptionist said it might be easier to come in and talk to him in person. Very horrible communication, very combative, and very condescending! It's pretty bad when their GM won't even return a phone call for four days but the receptionist says every time that he is in the office all day.
Never going back here. I had front brakes put in, 3 months later was experiencing pretty scary shaking of the car while breaking. I called their service and they told me to bring it in so they can re-check the parts and the repair work. I know from being in the auto industry that these parts as well as labor are still under warranty. Re-checking a repair that soon into the warranty period is normally considered warranty labor. I buy Ram 1500 from them when they wanna sell it there was totally different people up for a couple months. I need some parts. I ordered it already been five month. Still not getting my part when I go there ask them they’re very rude. Customer service reception. She’s very rude to.
I had a great experience at Carman Chrysler Jeep Dodge...Joel C. And Dave... also the finance guy. (Sorry I forgot his name) were all very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys if you're looking to purchase a vehicle.... I love my truck!
Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with customer service here. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance, which in itself took weeks of effort since no one returned my multiple voicemails. I was transferred around to different departments before I could finally speak with someone to get scheduled. When we arrived, we were greeted rudely by two service advisors, both named James.
