I would give 0 stars if I could. We were originally told our repair would take one day, but our vehicle was in the shop for nearly two weeks. During that time, the owner yelled at us when we tried to get updates and retrieve our vehicle. After picking up our car, we discovered the front passenger wheel was missing multiple lug nuts, creating a serious safety concern.
