Have been a client here for five years and I have to say that I don’t ask much of my doctor, however the last two years when attempting to reach out by messaging service / sending messages to client portal I rarely get a response. In the last year, they generally never answer the phone. And the last six months I’ve been there three times in person and it seems as if there is always a new few people working the desk. disgustingly fradaudulent behavior and practices from the billing department. my balance is paid in full everytime I check into appointment. Weeks later. oh would you look at that. they have doubled or tripled what i paid at the appointment again and added it to my balance. this practice needs to be legally investigated. Disgusted. time to look for new doctors i think. not sure if I want to give them any more "one more chances"
