Carma health has been such a blessing to me for 7 years now! I started coming in 2018, not knowing what to expect but from the moment I arrived the staff in the office, the nurses and my doctor have been nothing but kind, friendly and supportive. Billing department cannot seem to get anything correct. Seems I have been forced to pay almost $70 more than my copay is supposed to be. I send them the billing info from my insurance and they refuse to fix anything. Just offer to overcharge me slightly less next time. Ridiculous. Criminally overcharge, don't fill prescriptions like other reviews have mentioned promptly, change appointments, rarely answer the phone(they are doing much better with that now. used to NEVER pickup or return voicemails.)
