i hired bob carmack to replace my super gutter when we went over the amount of water flowing to the qutter we agreed to up the size of the whole gutter. a)he used the same downspout. not the same size but my old one. b) the gutter itself is leaking and he will not return my calls or send an employee to fix this issue. 3)they left tools and trash around the job site. ive tried to contact him for over a month now with no results.
I was extremely disappointed with Carmack. To call themselves quality is a joke. They start off pretending to be a family owned, caring company. But, their lack of integrity is worse than any major co. in operation. it started with delays beginning my project because of a survey they should have known they needed. After weeks of haggling they finally started the project. When it was "completed" they promptly asked for payment. This was before the project passed inspection.
