Well I booked a appointment on Saturday. The car was there Friday it was towed there by Bob's Road Side great lady. They took for ever. Not to mention $2k for putting in a 4hr fuel line. They would not adjust the price. Lines to go lines are $250 and here in 2 days. Ethics and values are not top priority at $200 per hour it adds up. Honda lines were 1k. Purchased a pre owned 2025 last week that only came with one key, needs several things done that were claimed to be done on carfax (washer fluid, new air filter, etc) and has many cosmetic issues. Dealership wouldn’t negotiate on the price $1. A week later the vehicle has its check engine light on. My one key also needs a new battery as of this morning. Shady Dealership. Drove an hour for a vehicle, and they try to make you pay for their service package. When you decline the package. They up the price listed. Shady people. Bill, the manager, is the shady one. The salesman was actually cool. Lost a cash deal.
Called this dealership to inquire and make a deal over the phone for a 2026 Type R. I was serious about buying and live in MO. Was willing to make the drive to pick it up and sign papers. The person I got on the phone was super disinterested and said it would be a difficult process because they'd have to run my credit, etc... which is exactly what I wanted to do. Dennis rose and the finance managers were some of the most understanding people I’ve ever met! As I was juggling finances and jumping back and forth between them and the bank they were never pressuring me and let me control what was happening. Overall, I highly recommend them and how they work with people!
