I just bought a 2025 Hyundai, they automatically add in their Patriot Package which includes lifetime car washes. However, they don't tell you they are understaffed and cannot wash a car after 430 pm daily or on Saturdays. If you work during the week your lifetime of car washes are worthless. They need to rotate staff so they can work later in the evening to accommodate the customers and also on Saturday.
They try to sell us lower package for Toyota Camry LE who was listed on a website like Toyota Camry XLE. Better stay away from and not be scammed. Also is still listed the same but they lower the price.
My experience with Seth has been hands down the best experience ever! I live in a different state and Seth went out of his way to accommodate us…I am extremely picky when it comes to purchasing a used car. He sent multiple pictures & videos of the inside and out of the vehicle, we were interested in before buying. His kindness & professional demeanor go above and beyond! Thank you Seth
