Do your homework people. Read the reviews, don't expect return calls, whatever you do, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. My son took in for oil change and they broke his glove box checking cabin filter, and tried to deny. Don't email Kylah, either doesn't check, or will be told not in office that day. Buyers be ware!
Overall- unprofessional, slow, not worth your time, non responsive salesmen and management. After our purchase the manager emailed me to post a positive review, which i am happy to give my honest review but it’s not very positive. Honestly, this dealership is only worth your time if they have exactly what you want at an unbeatable price. Giving them 1 star because when we first purchased a car from them the process was sub par at best. After we sold that car and sent the paperwork in for a refund for our extended warranties I have had the MOST amount of trouble getting in contact with someone to process it. Email was sent 4/28/26, and then again on 7/16 with multiple phone calls attempting to follow up and requesting a follow up just to be sent to voicemail without a single returned call.
