Carma was a pleasant experience and change from the the run of the mill carsales, drive .com sort of platform. The whole process was surprisingly very easy especially for us retirees. Only hassle was to get a competitive price which was a concern. Carma can be a bit more considerate on price for retirees like us. Overall I would like to recommend Carma shead if other platforms for sale of cars.
Purchased a Hyundai Kona a month ago, and very appreciated Carma's outstanding service. Although I was a bit worried about purchasing fully online at the beginning, Carma Team served me patiently and answered all my questions. The process for purchase and pick up is also smooth and well-organised. I also received surprising gift at pick up! The vehicle is also well-maintained and no issue is found. Really a good place for buying a car!

Terrible experience with this company. Dealt with Adam who I told in full detail what was wrong with my car a deal was agreed then management trying to tell me they didn't know abput the damage and renigged on the deal! I ended up selling my car privately for $3700 on Facebook market place 1k more than they offered on a trade in. And I also bought privately for 18, 000 for a newer car with less kms. No drama, I didn't like the car within 7 days. Car pick up by their team the next day, and get refund at the same day.
