Carma's process worked flawlessly, and the price offered was much better than a trade-in price. I was keen to avoid a private sale because of the many hassles involved, so I was happy to accept a lower sale price. Carma's offer was very reasonable. Their staff were easy to deal with, and there was absolutely no pressure. I took the car in, it was inspected quickly, the paperwork was done, and the payment was in my bank account instantly. The whole thing took a little over 30 minutes, and then Carma organised an Uber home.

Very professional and delivered on their promises. I took 3-4 months to go from the initial quote to actually selling the car. Brad from Carma team patiently managed the questions and the process - we must have had 10+ conversations overall. On the day of the inspection and sale, it was very professional and they gave a fair valuation after explaining revisions. Rode away in the Uber they organised feeling satisfied which is a rare feeling after interacting with a used car dealer.
