I purchased a car through Carma, and was initially nervous about a used car dealership but was drawn in by the brand's promise of quality assurance, full reconditioning, and transparent disclosure of imperfections. If you're considering Carma, I'd strongly advise against doing so. The premium you pay is meant to cover exactly this kind of quality assurance, and in my experience it hasn't. Fabulous team at Castle hill The end to end experience is impressive Right from the inspection of the vehicle , to the payment. My car was sold and I was out of there within an hour. The funds swiftly transferred to my account. Well done team Carma.
24th June 2026. EDIT: We had NRMA the mechanic out and check the car he said it was in good condition. The only issue found was the ENGINE MANAGEMENT MODULE/SYSTEM was turning the car off due to a faulty THERMO FAN. The engine was heating and not being cooled so the system shut down to protect the motor and other parts. To verify this was the issue the mechanic ran a straight 12 volts to the THERMO FAN and it did not turn on. Everything went fantastic really happy with our purchase and the team were so helpful happy and friendly they also helped with us getting to them from Syd Central as they paid for the Uber that was prebooked for us the day before so definitely was easy for me n the boys that travelled from the rural area....
