Most disingenuous bait and switch act I have ever encountered. Get you into the appraisal centre at your own expense and then offer you significantly less than your car is worth. All the time the vehicle Inspector expresses remorse and claims it's the valuer not them that sets the price. No accountability, no transparency, no integrity. NRMA should hang their head in shame for endorsing them.
I didn’t expect much when I filled out another online form to sell my old car. However, next day an email with a fair quote arrived, followed by a phone call and an appointment was made. Excellent communication at every stage ,swift transfer of funds at conclusion. This was a very professional and pleasant experience.
Buyer beware! Deception and misrepresentation are the standouts of my experience of purchasing a late-model, low-km vehicle from Carma Do yourself a favour and DON’T be charmed by their focus ‘customer service’ Sadly I felt deceived and disappointed by Carma’s misrepresentations 😢 Buyer beware!
*EDIT* Bought my car three months ago. Reported an unusual noise from the front wheels during the warranty period, but was told after "extensive testing" that it was normal. Carma was unable to provide any details of the tests performed. The noise only got worse with time. An independent mechanic later identified the issue and quoted $1,000 for repairs.
