I'm still in the process of trying to get the car I ordered 2 weeks ago. Before I signed the paperwork I was assured that they could get me the car in a week. This was great to me since I am starting a new job in 2 weeks and I wouldn't be without a vehicle for long. It's now been 2 weeks and they keep telling me one more week. This started out as a great experience, I mean the 3 week wait for the vehicle was expected, but the vehicle they found for me and the no hassle experience made that ok. I was excited when my car arrived and used the Lyft voucher they provided to pick it up 42 miles away. Probably the best car buying experience I've ever experienced. Attentive and they really work hard to put you at ease throughout the process.
The car and price were great, but the process takes a few weeks. If you're patient, this is a great way to buy a used car at a fair price, but if you need a car quickly, best to look elsewhere.
Steve a salesman called me ,because I was looking on line.i know exactly what I am looking for and when I asked a bout prices range and flexibility he got mad and hang up on me .their prices way above the dealership.i visited few dealerships for last couple week and before you buy from her my advice check around.but what i didn't like about my experience is hang up on feature client that is not a good start.he should leave the window open for time even I might change my mind.but last client for ever.
