Telling seniors that they cannot accept food from Meals on Wheels or church donations of food is incomprehensible and most likely illegal. There is also a thing called elder abuse. For those residents who are disabled, this practice might violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. Keeping food from those that need it is the definition of lack of compassion and cruelty. The management and owners of this Trailer Park should be ashamed of themselves and I hope the tenants of the park sue the hell out of them.

hi to Tonia Sonju. you are aware your narrow-minded bigotry has made it across the Atlantic and is now news in Great Britain? I really thought our conservatives were world leaders in poor-shaming and blaming the poor for being poor - but it seems they still have a lot to learn about petty-minded nastiness from the USA. I really hope your life does not end in you being poor, hungry and friendless in a trailer park. Even though it might teach you compassion and humility, which seems desperately needed. yours from England - and... read more

How Discusting and low can you go to begrudge someone food that is costing you nothing. As far as the road repairs or pool table that is just a tax write off for the owners and to justify raising lot rents. These people prey on the elderly to take there homes as they know they would not have the financial means to have the homes moved. So they take the homes, dress them up a bit and resell them for more profit. I have watched this happen all over Florida. You may want to rethink retirement here.

How dare you threaten the paying tenants of this property with eviction! You have no right to threaten those living on a fixed income that they cannot receive food assistance and if they do, you'll evict them. That's unlawful and a scare tactic and you better believe I will be writing letters to the owners of this property and letting them know that we will not stand by and allow this to happen. What a inhuman POS you are Tonia!

I find you people very appalling. I can't believe you would stoop to this level and not allow these tenants, people who pay your wages to obtain a decent meal. A meal that might be the only one they can get. I can only hope you are never put in this position to need a meal and some tells you no because they are afraid of a mouse or roaches. Well "Peaches" you live in Florida and your gonna have varmints running around no matter how prim and proper you are. I'm glad I would never life in your mobile home park because it's bei... read more

Saw the article in the newspaper & on ABC local news stating that in this day & age a MHP would not allow the people living in their community access to free given food donations. Shared article on FB publicly - Disgraceful & Shameful.

Hey!!!! Who is this chickie poo who is saying that residents of this trailer park cannot receive food???? Listen sweetheart.....last time I looked...this isn't Nazi Germany YET. These people OWN their homes...and for you to tell them WHO and who cannot visit them is unspeakable. They pay their lot rent...and by doing so, they can have anyone visit them and bring food ANYTIME they wish. Better lighten the f**K up or else I see LOTS of media coverage...along with some pickets outside your entrance. Get a CLUE girlie!
