They suck !!! Not helpful at all tax “advisors” that give no good advice other than call an ai customer service
This was a great place. Not so much anymore. Should be a crime to charge educators insane prices when we can barley afford eggs
It took over a year to file my taxes. They forgot to add 3 of my W2's and missed deductions for my business. Charged me for services I never received. After the taxes were "filed" I received a noticed that my state return was never received. When asked about this they were irritated and rude that I expected them to do a job that I paid a large amount of money for. My state taxes still have not been filed and I doubt my amended Federal return has been filed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and if you are using them currently. I sugge... read more
Great thorough and responsive team!
Loved working with the old employees, but I guess some restructuring was done and a new group was brought in. Was told by the new guy he fired everyone because they weren't out for the best interest of the company. He was very proud of firing them. Seemed a bit unprofessional of him. Anyway that was my first turn off this year. Second it's a drop and go thing now instead of the personal connection and conversations we were used to.
