The whole team was unbelievably kind and responsive this whole tax season as a new client. They were so helpful in our situation, quick to explain the new tax changes and gracious with their time. I never felt like the conversation was rushed or annoying, and paying taxes are annoying! Ha ha. I would highly recommend using them!
Very professional and thorough
Tom and Kevin at Carlyle were great to work with! They were super helpful and kind, and treated me very well. I went through a lot in 2025, and had some major changes in my life. Having lost my mom last year (lost my dad in 2021), and having to sell my parents home, there were a lot of questions and they were there to answer them all, and deal with me very patiently. Their help and kindness was appreciated more than they know!

I had a disappointing experience with Carlyle Tax Advisors and would encourage others to carefully evaluate their options. There was a significant error made on my tax return that was ultimately identified by my financial advisor. When I reached out to have the issue corrected, the initial response focused on audit protection rather than addressing and amending the return itself, which was concerning given the nature of the error.
