Living at Carlyle Square has been an absolute nightmare due to the incompetence and lack of accountability from management (Patty) and Western National Group. We endured severe pipe/plumbing noise for weeks that destroyed our quiet enjoyment, and maintenance ignored our tickets for a month until we threatened to escalate to housing authorities. I've been here for only a month and a half, and although I really like the apartments, the property manager (Patti) is something else (very unprofessional). I finally got the maintenance guy to come and fix a toilet in my apartment on Friday 5/15/26, after telling Patti since the day I moved in on the 3rd of April 2026 about a problematic toilet. Currently have made a rule that if you have more than one car, you can't park it next to your garage in the alley only in the street. There is never any parking spaces especially at night as many of the current residents have more than 2 cars. 2 families in particular currently living in the apartments have 3 to 4 cars and don't even park any of them in their garages as they made them mini auto shops to be paid to fix other people's cars. so if you have to work until nightfall to make a decent income like me then your gonna ... read more
