This complex is poorly managed and filthy. Rent is pretty high for what you get, very outdated, parking issues, and vandalism. Office is rarely open and you don't get the help you need when you need it. Manager Patti is horrible; rude and unprofessional. Beware!

We were considering moving here but decided not to for personal reasons. We canceled our security deposit with Patty (manager) and have yet to receive it. It's been two weeks. Not even a courtesy call back letting us know of status. Erick is part of the team, he was great and good follow up skills.
