Most sickening place I've ever lived in. After multiple request had been denied I had the last straw. I requested that the manager give me a heads up when maintenance comes every month because I was a solo female nightshift employee and I wanted to be dressed and ready for maintenance. The woman at the front desk stated that they simply had "too many properties and weren't able to give proper notice before inspection." I find this absurd. I went to the main office on a tuesday morning, filled out and turned in an application. They took 5 days to get back to me, not mentioning the fact that the apartment I had applied for had been rented out reguardless of first come first serve rules (which apparently they do not go by).
