I have lived here for over 2 years. This is by far the worst managed apartment complex I have ever encountered. The appliances are old - I have had repeated problems with the stove, fridge and dryer. After 2 years the stove continues to not work properly, they cannot seem to fix it - and after 6 or so service calls, I just gave up and live with it. The rain gutters have been clogged since we moved in, and when it rains there is a virtual waterfall on my patio that washes all the mulch away, so our yard has been nothing b... read more
