After a 2 and 1/2 hour wait, Dr. Richard’s proceeded to tell me I was wasting his time because I emailed him a form and it was going to take 10 minutes to receive apparently. Then continued to lecture me for 20 minutes about why I was wasting his time. If he had been polite, I would’ve been understanding. I saw Dott. Richard Jiang today, I m writing this with a heavy heart, deep frustration, and genuine emotional distress after visiting to Carlyle medical centre. I come to you for help trusting that as a medical professional, you would show care, responsibility and due diligence. Doctor Fiona, is the coldest uncaring Doctor i have ever seen in my 43yrs. Her attitude with me as a new patient was horrible. I dont understand how she could be like that with the elderly.

Hello Prospective Patient Dr Richard Jiang is the epitome of the "good old fashioned doctor". Do you remember back to when appointments were not timed? He will answer any questions you have, irrespective of how much time you need. Very knowledgeable, very welcoming and you leave the surgery with the feeling that he has listened to your concerns.
