After a 2 and 1/2 hour wait, Dr. Richard’s proceeded to tell me I was wasting his time because I emailed him a form and it was going to take 10 minutes to receive apparently. Then continued to lecture me for 20 minutes about why I was wasting his time. If he had been polite, I would’ve been understanding. I saw Dott. Richard Jiang today, I m writing this with a heavy heart, deep frustration, and genuine emotional distress after visiting to Carlyle medical centre. I come to you for help trusting that as a medical professional, you would show care, responsibility and due diligence. Hello Prospective Patient Dr Richard Jiang is the epitome of the "good old fashioned doctor". Do you remember back to when appointments were not timed? He will answer any questions you have, irrespective of how much time you need. Very knowledgeable, very welcoming and you leave the surgery with the feeling that he has listened to your concerns.

Doctor Richard has been our doctor for over 17 years, him and all of his staff at Carlyle Gardens medical centre have always gone above our expectations in the medical services they delivery on a daily basis. Yes they can be long wait times but this is normally out of there control as some patients require longer appointments which they don't know about when they first book their appointments .
