Do not rent an apartment from Carlyle. I have been a tenant in one of their buildings for almost four years and lost my job during COVID. Even though they shut down most of the amenities because of the pandemic (the gym has been closed since March and the roof deck was closed for months), they refuse to give any of the tenants breaks in terms of rent.
