Stay away from Carlyle at Waters! I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. The price is cheap BUT can you live with bugs, (mostly)horrible office staff, bad neighbors, paper thin walls, hallway lights that don't come on and random people hanging out in the hallways and streets at all hours...Then by all means move here. If you want to be ripped off and forced to use BROADSTAR for cable/internet/phone, then move here. Carlyle, you should have given an actual date before you cut the lines of all other providers.
