Went to look at apartments for this property. Don’t even bother. Completely unprofessional experience. The property managers are uninformed as to what’s available. The behavior of the staff is as if they don’t want new tenants.
1 out of the 4 1/2 years of living here they've had the pool open, and even then it wasn't very inviting... groups of people constantly trashing the place..I'm not even sure why they even list the pool as an amenity... Hell they can start renting out 3 bedrooms apartments in the potholes throughout the property., they're definitely big enough.
Lupe was so sweet! She showed me 2 apartments. Let me unpack the visit: Very impoverished looking, the hallway carpets are older than I am and slick black. These apartments need a serious update! I mean serious update. The door to pantry came off in my hand! The threw in some light fixtures and call it an “update” missing cabinet/drawers. This place is not worth the price. Not in the least.
If you're planning to move in here I would recommend to look somewhere else. This place is a complete mess starting with the management property manager arlette and assistant manager azucena. The apartments have cockroaches they never fix anything the maintenance here suck. Me my husband and 5 year old son moved here on February 2025 and we broke the contract due them failing to do something about the cockroaches.
