Was prescribed olanzapine, through out the years of recovering from the pandemic finding a steady psychiatrist after losing a few to phone numbers that never answer like this place. Every single one of them dislikes olanzapine cause of the side effects. Think my life could of been different if I didn’t take this med for 4 years under the wrong diagnosis
The doctors there do a decent job, except in communication with the client. It is near non existent. Billing is horrible, with no response, full mailboxes, etc. This should be a legal issue for this facility and DR Miller.
Dr Miller is exceptional with prescribing the correct medication. She explains it throughly and works with the patient to lower side effects. Her counciling is exceptional, providing tools to help you be your best self. Her receptionist/medical assistant is friendly and knowledgeable of medicine and pharmacy.
I went to Sara for several years. She was excellent! However, they hired a new office assistant and I was suddenly “dismissed “ from my provider. I am so upset. This office really needs to remember why their patients are there and work with them. I heard several other people have had similar experiences in the last 6-8 mos. It’s very unprofessional.
