Beware of this attorney! She promises the moon and delivers on nothing! Our contract was $3000 for my case. She even crossed out the hourly charges. But due to her failure to file a response to my ex’s suit our case was not continued and she filed a new case. Never once re-discussing the charges. Then COVID hit. Delay after delay then in June we got out day in court via telephone. Carly Croskrey s reputation by fellow attorneys is being difficult to deal with, sending multiple letters about nothing racking up fees, taking advantage of non represented parties, to state just a few. My husband is self represented and Carly is unethical and will use any means possible to take advantage of you. Her process server lied on a proof of service stating he served my husband subpoena papers, when he did not, we were out of town. She did this to obtain financial records and work records for me illegally. She will ... read more
