First time I seen Dr Carvell she was very nice and very thorough. She was very personable. It did take a while to get in to see her but I am fine seeing her nurse practitioner as well.
This place is ridiculous! They will cancel your appointment day of or day before. I’ve had three total appointments here, two of which were cancelled with very short notice. When rescheduling they will make you wait months. Ironically, if you are late to an appointment by even ten minutes you will have to reschedule for months later. I had an appointment but was coming from work so I called to tell them I’d be a little late. They replied we only give 10 minutes grace period. I had done some major research to find the right Dr for me. I picked Carvell after narrowing it down to 3. Being a new patient had to wait almost 5 months to see her. My appointment was tomorrow at 7:40 am. I just received a call at 11:14 stating that she won't be in tomorrow or Thursday and that she is out till June right now for new patients.
