Very poor policy on ordering. They charge more if you pick it up instead of delivery. How stupid, it should be the opposite. Also, the special was not as good as you might think. It should have been prepared better. A little bit of fame went to their heads and now the food is going down the tubes
I've never experienced a place like Carluccio's. Every single thing that comes out of their kitchen is fresh and delicious. The portions are great sizes & the flavor is perfect. I visit Carluccio's at least once a month and every time I'm there, I leave with a happy belly & tons of amazing things to say about the new dish I tried. I can't have any other pizza besides Carluccio's now - they've spoiled me!
First time at Carluccios.. Amazing!!! best coal fired pizza.. Lana let us try the meatballs with ricotta cheese along with the caprese salad and Grandmas pizza as seen on Diners Drive Ins and Dives.. You will be amazed at the many choices of pizza and other Italian specialties!!
I'm very disappointed as we ordered a pizza at 5:30 and now 2 hours later we have still not received it nor would they let me talk to a manager as they were "busy"! While I enjoy their food this is just plain wrong- I am really mad- and hungry! Along with my two hungry children! Smh
The pizza is one of the best I've had outside Italy.
Joe, our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The meatballs and coal fired wings were very good. It was my first visit and was enjoyable. Thanks to Guy Fieri for the tip to visit for a great meal.

Tonight my family and I went to Carluccios for their dinner experience and I will say they went above and beyond our expectations. While the food was perfect and nothing less than a tastefull delight, my family and I cannot wait to come back again soon. Thank You very much.
