I order online from them just about every weekend to take to my mom in nearby retirement home - it's a large order and they always get it right and is delicious
Both Carlucci's Express and Villa Rosa are terrible when it comes to service. Food OK but they never get orders correct. Today I ordered the food online. I thought by placing the order early in the day to be delivered by 6, I thought we would actually get the food on time. So 10 minutes after delivery time, I called for eta. Put on hold and then was informed order was held up by garlic knots. I asked what was the point of ordering online early if they can't get it delivered online. They just explained it was really busy. The best Pizza I ever eat it , Luis the manager was attentive e cordial a true gentleman. Try the sicilian you want regret it. We had it last year at our Super Bowl party as a caterer. Wow.
