Not very impressed at all...my husband wanted linguini with clam sauce and they didn't have clam sauce so then he just wanted rigatoni with marinara and they didn't have rigatoni....We will not be going back to that Carlucci's
Went there for NYE dinner. Our service was terrible. We had the NYE special which was ok salad pasta a dessert was good but main course was not that good. I won't go back for NYE.
VERY POOR experience, had to wait over an hour to be seated. Watched the staff at the reception desk bicker about were to seat people (very unprofessional). When seated our party of 3 was placed at a 2 person table. Once moved to a new table our waiter was slow getting drinks and taking orders due to the restaurant being under staffed for the evening. Once the food arrived it was luke warm with items missing. VERY poor showing for a restaurant of this caliber.
Very disappointed in our experience. We arrived at 7:15p and were seated right away. We ordered two appetizers and after our order was placed the waiter came back to tell us one was not available. Then we ordered our meals. Our waiter then came back and had to tell us three of the five entree orders were out... then after another 20-30 minutes the manager then came to tell us the other two entrees were not available... so disappointing. The food was good, but the service was slow. We were in and overcrowded section and the wait staff kept "bumping" into our table with trays of food and dishes whirling past our heads. At one point they put a hot pot of coffee behind my head on the back booth using it a clearing tray. I don't think we will go back. For a $50+ pp meal you shouldn't have to ask for more water of duck everything a waiter walks by.
