Rhonda was such a pleasure! She was very transparent with the application process and very helpful during our tour. She has friendly relations with residents from what I’ve seen, and maintenance seemed friendly as well. Hopefully the next update will be after the application!

Nice apartment, but problem with people breaking front door, which takes away from security and causes risk for problems with bugs and rodent.
