From the open floorplan and stunning view, I loved staying with my friends when visiting for a month. Randall in maintenance is truly a gem. Knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond.
Communication was absolutely terrible…the application process itself literally lasted from 5/5 to 5/21….phones are rarely ever picked up and when they are you’re nine times out of ten going to be placed on hold. No one responds to emails either so you really are left in the dark most of the times. Personally, I was told that my application would be approved after I turned in extra information just for it to be declined soooo yeah 0/10 stars, would not recommend. Not a great experience at all.
My boyfriend and I put in an application Mid March and the woman helping us quit working at the complex. We then were not spoken to for a week and our application was denied two days after we finally got in contact with someone. The office is understaffed and unwilling to help or advocate for you. Our current lease ends in 15 days and we have no where to live! We were interested in Carlton Views for their low income housing options but we’re fooled by false advertising. Do NOT apply to live here!
First of all, I got a letter saying it time to renew my lease. Which is ok, but don't say I have only a few days to get all the paperwork together. I made the appointment to renew lease they had double booked the appointment and told me that I was a day early. I wasn't a day early they made the mistake and when I did go to the appointment my paperwork wasn't even done.
