Called May 21st, Thursday. I spoke to Mr Carlton whom advised me he he would be out before the weekend. No show! Waited a week, just to ensure he didn’t mean “next weekend “. No show. Called the office the third week after initial call and spoke to a nice lady, asked if Mr Carlton was ok, concerned something may have happened. She said he was fine, just busy. Called today and was treated professionally by the lady who answered (Mrs. Carlton I believe). She said she would get me scheduled as soon as possible. They got it done today! Used them almost nine years ago and had the same great service. Will certainly use them again.
Alvin came to my home in a timely manner to bury a beloved horse. He was kind, compassionate, and did a thorough job under difficult circumstances. Thank you for being so gentle. Our family will be forever grateful.
