So slow to get anything done and they honestly don’t care about their residents at all. Especially if you’re moving out.
This place used to be very nice, aside from the in building laundry being coin op. Then an out of state company bought the properties, painted them a god awful white and black, and jacked up the rent by about 200/mo. At that time the rent was already becoming more than it's worth. The on site staff were really nice while I lived there, but they also changed them out as I was moving out, so can't give an opinion on that front. This place is pretty cool and one of the staff members especially, Leslie, was a great help!
Love the team here and how much effort they put in to make accommodations for their residents.
