This company took a deposit from us and kept us waiting for 2 months!!! claiming they were trying to get roof permit approval from the city. Meanwhile, they did nothing. We lost valuable time while other roofing companies got permits for our other properties within a week. When we finally told them we didn’t want to wait any longer, they withheld $700 from our deposit! This is completely unethical and unprofessional. Think twice before doing business with these people. Carlton Roofing was a huge disappointment!
I have been using Carlton Roofing for more than seven years from installing a new porch flat roof, fixing leaks, and the last installing a new roof on my house a few days ago. Family owned company, very personal, caring, professional and honest. You can't go wrong with them.
