It’s been almost a year since Helene, and we haven’t been able to get a roofing company to repair our roof, even after approving estimates. Seriously. Take our money. A neighbor recommended Carlton Roofing, and I will be forever grateful. Yvonne was so organized and made the process so easy. I had a full roof replacement , and working with Carlton Roofing was such a refreshing experience. They met and exceeded all of my expectations. The installation was timely, efficient, and unintrusive (as much as installing a roof can be). They cleaned the entire surrounding area when they were finished. Everyone I dealt with at the company was polite. They provided updated and checked in with me whenever necessary. I would recommend Carlton Roofing to anyone that needs roof work done.
Our experience with Carlton Roofing was exceptional from start to finish. We had roof tiles that were damaged in a wind storm. We had several firms come to estimate the damage. Everyone said we needed a new roof. Carlton took the time to explain where and why the roof needed to be replaced, gave us a good, reasonable quote. They replaced the roof, followed up with us a few times since, fixing small issues, making sure all was well. We are very pleased with Carlton Roofing and are happy to recommend them.

It was a pleasure to work with Carlton Roofing. The staff and the team were very professional, efficient, and hard-working. We had our house and a separate two car garage roofed. When they were finished, we were left with a gorgeous roof and no sign that there had been any work done on our property. We were very impressed with the cleanliness, the care, and the professionalism provided by this company. We cannot recommend them enough if you need a new roof.
