Extremely dodgy I would watch out and not Engage in any sort of business with this company. I’m a contractor And have been waiting three months for Nick to Finalise the payment. His first excuse was he needed to wait for insurance to pay before he could pay me normally I would never let this happen as customers would pay me and then that would wait for their own insurance. Also Let me just add he asked me to add extra $500 to the quote Which he would’ve kept him self so essentially making his tenant pay extra which is fraud.... read more
Nick and the team have done an amazing job in preparing a strong rental strategy for my investment property & had the property leased within 1 week of being on the market. There communication and transparency has made them a delight to work with.
This real estate has a property for sale in Craigeburn, a shop without a price listed. I have been sending messages approx 10 separate times to get the listing price over the last month. They will not provide a price without a phone number in there response, this is the only real estate I have found to outright refuse to give a price without a phone number outright after explaining that I just want a price on 2nd email.
