I have repeatedly contacted the Trappe store for a pool consultation as me and my family have decided to get a new In ground pool. No one ever bothers to return my phone call. I called back again and I finally reached somebody and I’m told that a sales guy would call me, and this day. I still have never received a phone call and it’s been weeks. At this point, I have already lost trust in this company. I wouldn’t use them even if they called me which I’m sure they won’t.
I couldn't get my pool water straightened out brought water sample and Drew got me all straightened out,gave me the right chemicals and the next day my pool looks pristine!
Zero stars if I could. Terrible experience and they do not stand behind their work. Don’t make the mistake we did - choose someone else for your pool.
