My mom has lived at Carlton Park for a year now and it has been a great experience so far. It's the only apartment building I could find in the area with an attached garage. The rent is reasonable. The property manager is efficient and goes above and beyond to help. I'm so happy we were able to find her an apartment here.
I love CP, it's slightly pricier but you get what you pay for with some of the other apartments in the area. Way bigger than any of the other apartment complexes, Felix is a cool cat and maintenance always does a great job. It's actually surprisingly quiet and not a ton of little kids running around, thank God! I'm a pretty picky fella and I like cleanliness and everything is completely up to standards!
I lived here for almost 3 years (2016 to beginning of 2019) and it was a great stay. I had a two bedroom unit split with a friend, and it never felt cramped. Common areas are spacious, I liked having a dividing door I could shut if I needed privacy on "my side" of the unit. Also, having in-unit washer and dryer is great, and the fact they aren't coin-operated is good. A lot of places try to nickle and dime you for laundry! Carlton park is a great place to live. I lived here for 3 years & had o leave for my son's school. it's very quite. whenever I needed something fixed, they were always on top of it, never took more than 24 hours. They always try to make you feel home & always respond even in the weekends. Great neighbors & warm place to raise a family. Carlton Park Apartments was a great place for my husband and I to live. If we needed anything fixed maintenance was at our place quickly. Great large place and great if you had a roommate. Definitely recommend living here.
