I have lived here since 2013. I especially like the attached garage. Response to maintenance requests have been timely. I would like to see consistency in the office staff. The current staff (Ilene jones and Louis Martin) is wonderful. It is obvious that both bring a wealth of experience (which makes a difference). I cannot say enough good things about Andre. Of course HE IS THE BEST.

I have recently moved to the Carlton Park community and have enjoyed getting settled in. The staff is great. My maintenance requests have been well received and handled promptly.

I was thinking about moving here until I saw the last review about roaches. These apartments are way too expensive to have roaches and rude staff.

Nyah made false promises about the pool and grill area which was a leading factor into me and my crew moving in. We were told that the pool and grill area would be finished around 2 weeks after we moved in. So boom we decide to do a 6month lease, the pool and grill area weren’t completed until almost the 5th month of our lease. Plus our provided washer smelled and look like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed.
