We stayed here with our family for two months this Summer. There are many good things about this complex: Paula the manager was awesome. She is accommodating and helpful. Our apartment on the 3rd floor was clean and convenient. The pool, the location next to Walmart and the main road are nice features. The neighbors were good as well. The only thing that the property owners could improve is to get rid of the smoke smell in the first floor hallway's entry. Other floors don't have this issue. Stayed here for a couple years between 2022 and 2024, only have good words to say about the location, peace and quiet, management and maintenance staff. Parking space is plentiful, along with ample space for visitors and they clean it regularly during winters. Office communication is always prompt and complete, never had any issues there. The summer pool is quite fun, and they had an icecream truck come in once or twice- might be worth increasing the frequncy of that. They have also turned into a non-smoking community since ... read more
