Hampton was my sales person, from my initial online inquiry until I drove off the lot in our 2023 EQE, he provided white glove service. We drove from Charlotte, NC to get our vehicle because the prices at Carlton Mercedes were just that good. I traded my Jaguar FPace for the EQE SUV, I thought I knew luxury but Mercedes is in a class of their own.
Past 3 days in row I been calling at service department asking for Doug the service manager and leaving him a voicemail but he never answer the phone or call back, if there was another Mercedes Benz dealer near by I would never come to this place again. I was even thinking about trading my 2022 Mercedes Gle350 and get a newer one but now not anymore at this place I rather go somewhere else. worst customer service ever.

From the time I walked in the door until the car was purchased Phillip took care of me. I appreciate all the salesmen that were welcoming. I would definitely recommend this dealership just based on my interaction with Phillip if you are looking for a luxury car. 10 stars in my book.
Never disappoints. My second Mercedes from Carlton. Robin had become a great friend overtime and guides me in making the right choice always.
