We had entire new roof put on 10-06---22. Husband noticed a couple of shingles lifting already and called Carlton...we were assured he would be over that day. Had to call again and he said he would be over that week to check on it for sure....It is now December and NO CARLTON!!!!! Calls go to voice mail and he has not reached out to us. This is very dissapointing as we had been pleased with work. We will follow up again and if no resolution will reach out to BBB.
Great job on the roof. Guys were fast friendly and great clean up. However I have a shingle flapping in the wind. I have been in touch with Carlton several times. It's been over a week and now doesn't answer my calls and text. Needless to say the shingle still has not been repaired.
They put a new roof on in April of 2017. By November of 2017, my roof was leaking again. The owner came out & "repaired" the spot. It's been leaking since along with a few spots. I have not been able to reach this company at all! I was told there was a 50 year warranty but I never received any paperwork. I have gotten several estimates since & turns out they used a lot of my same old plywood, didn't seal around the edges or the roof ridge so water is getting in. These guys installed my roof about 12 years ago and did a great job; it was a fast, clean installation for a great price. I recently had a minor leak on a flat portion of the roof. They came out within one day and fixed the leak, no charge. I'm a happy customer and will call them next time I need a roof.
I contracted Carlton to put a new roof on my townhouse and he did a terrible job and I currently have four separate leaks and damage to my ceilings and home. I’ve contacted him 5 separate times, emailed, text, phone calls and no response. I’m supposed to have a 25yr warranty. Do not get ripped off like I have. Do not use this company or anyone affiliated. I now heading to court regarding this.
