This guy Matt, Julie our management company manager called him while we were in an HOA meeting to remove the HOA board. He wrote a letter to our management company for us to get a meeting and a vote to remove or keep them. He sat in the front to the side totally detached. When asked a question he got up answering to Matby Julie as I said read something the management company manger showed him, I’m not sure he read it. Then he sat down.
