This guy Matt, Julie our management company manager called him while we were in an HOA meeting to remove the HOA board. He wrote a letter to our management company for us to get a meeting and a vote to remove or keep them. He sat in the front to the side totally detached. Hired him for an eviction case for a family member who speaks limited English and was charged double for their rent. He went to court and didn’t contest any of the charges which leaves them with a judgment paying double for the rent and now they’re out extra money for even hiring him. Waste of money.
