Amazing staff, efficient and super friendly. Guy was even willing to come out all the way out of his way to fix our unit on a Saturday. He identified and resolved the issue super fast.
Made the mistake of calling Carlton HVAC when my house started feelin like the inside of a crockpot. Misty in the office acted like they had the dream team ready to roll out. Then Taylor the service manager showed up and from the second he stepped out the truck I knew my AC was in God’s hands. Called Carlton HVAC ‘cause my house was hotter than two rats screwin in a wool sock. Feller shows up scratchin his head lookin at my AC unit like it was a dang spaceship. Man disappeared to the truck so many times I thought he was secretly movin in. After 3 hours of grunts, cuss words, and ‘well ain’t that somethin,’ my air still ain’t workin but somehow my bill sure does. House still feels like a deer jerky shed in July. Appreciate y’all givin my thermostat a motivational speech though. Ding Dongs.
