Very poor communication and follow-up. Karlina King is unresponsive, dismissive, and unprofessional. Would not recommend her services in Las Vegas or anywhere.
Karen the owner is very thoughtful and is a genuine person. I felt like they sometimes her team did not listen to me... It felt really pressured, Karen seemed like she did honestly care but at the end of the day, I made some mistakes and felt like her team should have asked specific questions...I signed my contract in haste, and I realized that I had to be out of my house by a certain time when I repeatedly told them that I was in no rush. Karen was great and I know she cannot check on every detail, but her team did not list... read more
Karen and Susan were great. They made the process seamless and were always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. Very blessed and grateful! Thank you!
