Coolest HD dealer I've ever been. Really miss the Pig Roasts they used to havhave for Labor day
Very good service. I bought a small part a few weeks ago, and Dennis gave me the tools to install it. Last weekend Cory did a fantastic job getting me on the road for a Holiday ride with my sons. He made sure everything looked right, and went over and above what I had expected. I'll be back!
Not impressed with Carlton.. I witness a rider needing a bolt to repair bike so he could continue his journey at closing time & begged the salesman to sell him one . The salesman stood in the doorway & repeatedly told the man NO WE ARE CLOSED!! I thought that was poor customer service. I think he could have sold the poor guy the bolt he needed, I'm sure it wouldn't have taken but a few minutes out of his time. Not your typical big box Harley dealer. Going to buy my next bike there. Family run. Also sell Polaris 4 wheelers and snow mobiles. Nice country setting. Don't even like going to other dealers anymore because of Carlton. Have nice for real parties with for real bikers. Like the old Roeders on Rt 20 in Monroeville used to have.
My wife and I bought are 2013 ultra limited at carltons and won't go any where else and the Carlton family also let us have our wedding ceremony at there dealership great people
Great people, very knowledgeable. They gave us free T-shirts, for buying a bike.
