I've had an amazing experience at Carlton Dental! The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming. My dental hygienist is fantastic—gentle, thorough, and really takes the time to explain everything. I always leave feeling well taken care of. If you're looking for a great dental office, I highly recommend them!
Even though I dislike the going to the dentist, my experience at Carlton Dental is always good. The receptionist is so kind and very helpful & my hygienist is compassionate and sensitive about my anxieties. I also love the warm cloth face massage after a cleaning!! It really makes a big difference on my jaw tenderness after any procedure.
Fastest and most efficient service I've ever experience with the public healthcare service in Canada! :P I did 2 cavities fillings and a wisdom tooth extraction all in less than 30 minutes - and it was a very smooth procedure with no problems post-recovery. Kudos to the esteemed skill and professionalism of Dr Keem!
I had a check-up and cleaning done here, I like that their hours go into the evening so I can go after work. The receptionist was nice, new patients are accepted in an efficient manner, forms are filled out on an iPad. Text reminders are also given in the days before appointments to confirm. They have direct billing to insurance. Dr Keem gave me a check-up, he was very efficient but thorough. i am a new patient and went in for wisdom tooth removal today, which they were able to do right away (unexpected for me and i felt emotionally unprepared because i’m afraid of the procedure but ultimately grateful it was able to happen so quickly). everyone who worked at the clinic was so nice and so gentle with me, they could all tell i was nervous (the receptionist didn’t see me cry but my nervousness was glaringly obvious to everyone else lmao). the receptionist was friendly and soothing and answered all my questions pati... read more
