Carlton catered my wedding last September and knocked it out of the park. The horderves, entrees, late night snacks, and wedding cake were ALL impeccable. His staff was extremely professional, kind, and organized and made sure we always had a drink in hand or if we wanted food. Carlton has a phenomenal reputation and our family has used him the past, and now I see exactly why. I would highly recommend Carlton & Co!
