On Monday I called Carlton Bakery asking for a special dessert for a special celebration on Tuesday. Without any hesitation Tim suggested Fresh Fruit Tarts. I also needed some of the tarts nut free and he made sure I had a supply of them with out the almond paste. EVERYONE went CRAZY over the tarts. The only bad thing was that I didn't get a second tart. Thank you Tim for the excellent service and the fantastic food. You really made me look good! <3
