This is a great place to get any kind of repair done on your vehicle. I've been taking my vehicles there for over 12 years now and they never let me down. I had a 2006 GMC Envoy that lasted up to last year at 275,000 miles. Carlton had taken care of all maintenance and repairs. It would still be going strong if the frame hadn't rusted out. I bought a used car to take it's place last year and don't regret it. Their is no other place that I would ever trust with my vehicles.
My daughter bought her first car recently from Marcus. He made the whole process so very easy. He and Bob worked with us to facilitate this purchase while observing “social distancing”. I highly recommend Carlton Automotive. Great people who truly care about their customers!
I bought my very first car from Carlton recently and it was such an easy process. I live out of the area so it was hard to see what the car was all about and Bob and Marcus worked so great with my mom to relay the information to me out of state. They made this whole process so simple during this weird time with social distancing which goes to show how much they truly appreciate and value their customers. Thanks Carlton, Bob and Marcus!
Their people are so friendly
They treat employees like garbage. Have a reputation of letting employees go for no reason. in this case they hired a replacement before hand.Classy! Owners son has no professionalism at all.
