We work on all makes and models of vehicles, foreign and domestic, (mechanical repair only, no body work) but we do work by appointment only, please call for an appointment. Obviously if you have a breakdown or emergency, have it towed in and we will get to it as soon as we possibly can, you can call our answering machine for the phone number of our towing service. We have been going to Carlton since 1993, and aside from being skilled, honest, trustworthy, and pleasant...we'd give 6 stars if we could. Everything from oil changes to major items...to telling us when it really was time to get a new car...great folk. And our dog Paige likes them too!
Great service. Honest people who will tell you if a repair is not worth doing - unlike dealers who give you a laundry list of unnecessary repairs. Will always show you parts that they have replaced. I highly recommend Carlton Auto.
Took my car to AAA because it would not start and it was free towing to the Roosevelt location. After 3 days and no communication they told me I needed a new PCM but they couldn't find one and it would be very expensive. I had it towed to Carlton's who solved the problem in 30 minutes. The vehicle had simply run out of gas. Will never not use Carlton's again.
These people are the best! So glad I found them. They explain everything, show you the problem, etc. Dropped my car off with a minor emergency repair and they even drove me home.
